Return and refund policy

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production. Orders are sent to production daily between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM EST. To cancel an order contact us by email customerservice@sumtn.ca.

Items purchased on our web storefront (except for final sale items) can be exchanged or returned within 45 days from your order date under the condition they maintain original packaging and were neither worn nor washed. Your original sales receipt is required.

You may return your order by mail, to get a return label please contact us by email customerservice@sumtn.ca. Note, that in case of a wrong size or color, ordered returns  shipping charges are paid by customers.
